These tights are the Memoi Velveteen Opaque Control Top Tights are Model MO-314. They're 30 denier and have control top.  Memoi describes them as semi-opaque.  These are smooth and are supposed to be good for sensitive skin.  They're 81% Nylon and 19% Spandex.
